2. Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable and secure your place on our schedule and allocated labor and materials.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Client-Initiated Cancellations: In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded.
  • Company-Initiated Cancellations: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule, we will contact you as soon as possible and any deposits paid will be transferred back.

4. Payments

  • Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods as specified during booking.
  • Any outstanding balances must be settled before the final completion of the work.

5. Service Guarantee

We take pride in our workmanship. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our work, please notify us within 7 days of service completion, and we will make every reasonable effort to address your concerns.

6. Liability and Client Responsibilities

BlackBear Sprinkler Repair is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing system conditions, unmarked or unknown underground utilities, or obstacles not reasonably visible at the time of service. Clients are responsible for identifying any known private lines or systems not covered by public utility markings.

8. Weather Conditions

Service schedules are subject to change due to adverse weather conditions. We will notify you as soon as possible if any delays occur due to weather, and we will work with you to reschedule promptly.

9. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. All personal information gathered during the service process will be kept confidential and used solely for communication related to your service and future offers from BlackBear Sprinkler Repair. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent.
