What is the typical process of working with a new customer?
At Blackbear Sprinkler Repair, we strive to provide a seamless, professional experience for all of our customers. Our system repair process begins with a comprehensive inspection of your current sprinkler system, conducted by a skilled technician. Once this inspection is complete, the technician will provide you with a clear, detailed estimate of the necessary repairs, taking care to answer any questions or concerns you may have. Finally, the technician will proceed with the repair, using top-quality materials and techniques to ensure a long-lasting, effective fix.
What are your prices for tune ups?
System tune ups for residential properties start at $100 for systems with 5 or fewer stations. Each additional station is $15.
How much do repairs cost?
The cost of repairs varies depending on the magnitude of the break. Please call us today to schedule a quote. We charge a $50 service call fee to diagnose the problem and provide a quote. However, this fee is waived if you choose to hire us for the repair work.
How often should I have my sprinkler system maintained?
It is recommended to have your sprinkler system maintained at least once a year. Spring is the best time to schedule a tune up on your system. During the winter, heads tend to shift or rotate, valves may get stuck, or pipes may break. That is why we recommend doing maintenance in the spring to make sure your sprinkler system is in tip-top shape for the season.
Do you charge per-hour or per-job?
We charge on a per-job basis. We believe that our customers should know the cost of a service upfront, rather than being charged for the time it takes us to complete the job. We offer fixed prices for each of our services, so our customers can have peace of mind knowing exactly how much they will be charged before we start working. This allows us to be transparent about our pricing and ensures that our customers won’t be surprised by any unexpected charges.
